SU communication issues

Correspondence with SU is constantly ignored. You cannot have issues addressed by phoning or emailing the university. Is this exclusive, elite university really this bad at communication and administration? It does not help to contact SU. Here is the latest example of an attempt to update my address for delivery of my degree, Subject: Urgent.
