DISRESPECT

The university of Stellenbosch, Tygerberg medical campus has no respect which is sad as I am a medical student. I phoned into the admin department, enquiring about my fees and studies. The lady that answered was so disrespectful and put the phone down in my ear while I was trying to ask her how to sort this out. This is uncalled for as staff are supposed to help students out and if advised otherwise every staff member should willingly try and help. I am bitterly disgusted by the disrespect of the admin administrator. And this after other complaints from my peers in the class
