I am a consent sister, my sibling wrote her final exams for degree in Geology until last year Festive...even on the 31st when everyone was with their loved ones she was at campus studying. Now she needs her results so that she can submit them to University of Pretoria for honours application...she paid the R140 for academic record on the 25th of January and sent proof of payment to UL for the results till today when ever we call we don’t get the results. No one is giving us clear explanation as to what is happening with their system atleast. We have tried calling everyday and sending endless emails as students are not allowed at the campus Time is not on her side and she doesn’t want to take gap-year. Student no ***, email address ***
