HONOURS DEGREE IN MATHEMATICS EDUCATION

I was doing honours in mathematics education with university of limpopo in the year 2021. On the 4th of May 2022 I graduated but I was not given my certificate. I didn't understand why they did not give me my certificate because all my fees at that time were fully paid.

On the 5th of August 2022 I went to the university to collect my certificate but I was told my certificate was not there. When I was doing follow ups, I was told I will gey my certificate after the graduations which will be taking place in October 2022.

People at students records on the 11th of October 2022 they told people at school of education to add me for the 14th of October 2022 graduations which created dept for me. And it's also not possible for one to graduate for one degree twice. Peolple at students records are now saying they cannot give me my certificate because I owe the institution R7134. This dept the people at student records at university are the once who created it for me

When I decided to study honours degree with university of limpopo I was having a goal. I need my certificate for applying for professional posts.

I have been patient, its five months since I graduated. Can this be known by the university of limpopo management because I tried my best to resolve this issue but I am not getting assistance.
