WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETSMARTER! Terrible service

UCT Oline Getsmarter is withholding my certificate for a course I completed and fully paid for. I was advised that certificates are delivered 8 - 10 weeks after the release of the course final grades. It has been over 5 MONTHS since the release of my final grades and Getsmarter has not delivered my certificate or even bothered to answer my emails.
