Unanswered calls for 3 hours!!!!

I need o pay UCT and I have been calling *** to confirm banking details and I have been sitting 3 hours and no one answers, what kind of service is this, I even called the switchboard and they were not able to assist at all and keep on putting me thru to the same number.Please assist
