How to expedite a delayed study visa application

<p>Is there a process to expedite a delayed study visa application through VFS or DHA? I app**** for study visa in good time, but my school has since started and I cannot start as my study visa still not yet out. The only feedback I get from VFS is that they have not received my papers from DHA.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am way behind on my school and I am really for an answer I can follow through.</p>
