Forest Hill Res UCT

I stay at a Res in Forest Hill owned by UCT, they do not take us serious me and my housemates have been asking for a microwave oven in our flat which they haven't delivered to, it's been 4 months now and we are paying over 50k per year for this place.

I'm not happy please assist
