Customer Service sucks

I did a short course back in 2015. I am trying since last week tuesday just to get something from you to confirm my course, because i want to apply for a job and this qualification is key. They've sent me an email address (*** ) but the mails just comes back. I did notify the person who provided the address, but no response from them as well. This is unacceptable service.
