Communication from UCT is appalling

Communication from UCT is appalling. Employees, especially in the Financial Aid offices are very arrogant and of no assistance. We have our children trying to make the best of their lives and really wanting to study, but then people like this is a hinderance and a block. They are acting as if the funds for my daughters, or any other students sturdies, are coming from their pockets. I pray that God will grant my child the necessary financial aid and assistance for her dreams to become a reality and I pray that God will work in the hearts of people like the 2 ladies that I had to deal with.
