BAD SERVICE FROM UCT

I app**** for PGDipMan in Marketing & PG Dip Man Business Communication on the 10/10/2022. I was accepted on both, on the 11th of January, but my profile was not open for registration. I followed up with the institution and on the 13/02/2023 my status changed to Ready to proceed to registration, when I did, I could not add my subjects. My registration was finalized on the 14th of February and on the 20/02/2023, I cancelled my registration as I got a promotion at work and will no longer be able to place my focus on my studies for now. The request was finalized on the 24/02/2023. To my surprise, I received an email from the institution saying I owe the institution an amount of, R27510. I then emailed them querying this and never got a response, from the numerous emails I have been sending.My registration was only finalized on the 14th of February and registered my subjects the following day, from an application that I had submitted in 2022. From contacting the university every day to ensure that the registration is finalized, you are now meaning to tell me I had 2 days for full refund?

Had this registration been sorted out earlier, I wouldnt have this problem.
