Architectural Department at the University of Cape Town

The Architectural department has to be one of the worst departments I have come across, they have not even bothered to review submissions for 2024 in time, students are having to pay deposits at other universities to secure their seat by the 30 November 2023. I've been informed by UCT Architecture that they will only give offers by the middle of December, so basically if you do get in you lose your money at the other universities. Lynette who runs the portfolio submissions has to be one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not very helpful and dismissive. Her reply to me was you'll just have to pay. Your loss!!!!
