Application rejected claiming documentation not re

I went to the UCT health science faculty after numerous attempts to follow up on my application as their online status kept saying documentation pending. All documentation had been sent for my MBCHB application and the lady I spoke to (Tasneem) claimed that they did not receive my documentation for my second option BSc Human Anatomy & Physiology, Physics. She then gave me her email to send through documents which I did resend immediately. <br> <br> To my surprise today I received communication that my application has been cancelled due to documentation not received.<br> <br> UCT online application system is not effective costing me to fly between Gauteng and Western Cape to resolve the issue. <br> <br> I would like accurate information from the university as they have all documentation they need for my application.
