Application cancelled without notification

I app**** for admission for MBChB to start in 2016 with all my documentation, matric certificate and all required CV etc. All documentation was uploaded online. My application was cancelled without any letter, sms notification, the university claims that I had not sent through all documentation whereas my matric certificate was sent. <br> <br> I sent an email and have been calling since 04 January 2016, the phone just rings and goes to voice message that all lines are busy for over 20min each time.<br> <br> I need answers and application results.
