Employer does not pay salaries employees, and has no consideration of person

This employer has no consideration and respecter of person. They do not pay salaries to its employees. Yet the employees of this union address employers on their rights to earn their salaries. This organization pay half salaries, late salaries, pay short salaries to there employees. They contradict the very Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act for the rights of employees.
