Worst matriculation board

Universities South Africa (USAF) is the worst.

I app**** to times and I failed to get my complete exemption and instead giving me wrong certificate and I told them it's a wrong certificate.

I sent them following queries but they didn't respond.

They are as follows:

-I once app**** for the USAF certificate back in 2018, January and I unfortunately was rejected as some of my documents were missing. I have seen that in my certificate it’s written in effect from 2017/01/01 of which this date, I had not even began with my Higher Certificate in Business Management.

-I wanted to ask how is my certificate going to relapse in 2020 but I re-app**** in 2021? -What they know is saying my documents are missing but I have sent them all documents and are correctly certified.

They provided a Certificate of Senate Discretion Conditional Exemption which is already expired and they didn't bother to explain why.
