Absolute waste of time

I app**** for a Matric Exemption, and was never notified that I would not qualify. When I had to have someone go in to see the status of my application, they said I do not qualify so they will refund me.

I’m still waiting for my refund, I have the letter stating that they will refund me, but nothing is being done.

When I send an email, no one follows up. It’s a daily struggle.

Their customer service is absolutely useless and their lack of response is even more annoying, when they do reply, they reply to ONE part of the email only.

Needless to say, I’ve only ever had a total of two replies from them and nothing more

Where is my refund???
