Horrible system in place

This has been the worst service i have ever received from any institution! I have app**** for an exemption and submitted all the correct documents as per their request. They are happy to take your money but do not deliver on their part. I receive the same stupid email asking for documents that i havr submitted on numerous occasion,because of this i have missed my registration and will now not be able to pursue my studies this year.
