Cancelation Request Pending

I am writing my review sadly due to the my bad experience with the Universities Matriculation Board. I had request a Cancelation for my application of which I was advised by one of their own employees that it is possibly and what steps I am suppose to follow, I did excatly his advised and am still waiting for feedback. I was advised that through me following the process of sending an email to request a Cancelation they would respond and refund me my money.

I am disappointed every day for more that a week waiting for their feedback and my refund.

Can I please have my money back....
