Revised review of Universe Direct

This is my second revised review after a short period of consulting with the company. My laptop started giving major problems out of warranty, but after sorting it out with customer service they assured me that the problems I was experiencing were not normal and they fully rectified any hardware issues I had. They went above and beyond in helping me in the situation, to ensure I was satisfied and to ensure that this problem does not happen again. Very impressed with the proactivity of this company in helping me with my issue - beyond my expectation in all honesty.
