Excellent Service from Wendy!
A huge thank you and a well-deserved five stars to Wendy Stevens for going out of her way to get a laptop part for me from Cape Town up to Gauteng. Long story, but I couldn't find the part here, and the company in CT who did have it (not Universe Direct) were unable to courier it up for me. Wendy came to the rescue and went to a great deal of trouble to obtain the part from the other company and courier it to me. She is always very helpful, but this time she went above and beyond. What a star!
