Excellent Customer Service

I must commend you on your excellent customer service. My mother recently came in to buy her first computer, she doesn't know a lot about that kind of thing so she was a bit skeptical. She told me that everyone was so helpful and patient with her. I think Francois was the name of the man she spoke with. They explained everything to her step by step, the lady at the front desk even offered her coffee while she waited and they both came to check on her several times to make sure everything was okay.

Well done for making an old lady feel at ease. Keep up the great service.
