Don't buy for Universe Direct

So I bought this computer from universe direct and it's been almost a year now and its the second time it gave me problems. It just didn't want to start so I phoned them they helped me and the problem was fixed or so I thought, they've replaced the motherboard and after a few weeks the problem started again but with a noise so this was them a entirely other problem and said it's the pc that isn't reading the ram and instructed me to take it out and reinsert it but the solution they gave me was only temporary and it continued to occur It's messing with my income and they don't want to give me a refund even though it os still under warranty I just wanted to share my experience with them I wouldn't recommend anybody buys their
