Taking advantage of vulnerable clients (universalgroupsolutions)

universalgroupsolutions deserves ZERO (0) rating. First, I got a quote of R 5 500.00 for installation of garage door motor (one garage door). I then paid R 4000.00 upfront on 08 October 2021, and agreed that the remaining R 1 500.00 will be paid one installation was done. On the day of installation I was told I must pay R 1000.00 for power cable which I did not know about, bacause was not mentioned on the quotation.

I then requested to be refunded my R 4000.00 since I did not have the R 1000.00 of power cable. They agreed to refund me, but later they call to say they will install the garage motor without additional charges (R 1000.00, since they were the ones omitted to include the power cable on the quotation. To date (two months later after paying R 4000.00 upfront) they have not installed the motor. On the 01 December 2021, I requested to be refunded my R 4000.00 (for the second time) since they are not willing to do their part and they agreed but to date I have not received my hard earned cash (R 4000.00. They are now ignoring my calls and emails.

I'm frustrated and angry.
