Hi Denver thank you for reaching out. Although I do understand the content of your review and we have tried reaching out there are a few things that need to be addressed.   The 'comprehensive quote' that you sent through to me, to quote against clearly stated 8 pieces of glass with 4 to be stripped.  When the team arrived on site we were informed that the there were 26 pieces and all had to be stripped.  All product was bought and paid for.  We did communicate our concerns to you.  At this stage we knew that there were a few staff issues and again communicated this to you.  When management took a deeper dive into your installation we were not happy with the staffs overall response and timings  to you and lack of correct information given from both installers and what we were originally thought we were quoting on. Adam did offer to complete the job as from a company's point view we had prepped accordingly for the installation.  And now that we were informed correctly we could move forward with logistics in place.  This was refused and unfortunately the relationship broke down.  Our quote clearly states that we are unable to refund product due to the suppliers not taking it back as it has been cut.  We have taken relevant steps to improve timings to customers with unfortunately having to let one team go.  Adam would have been on site but  again he communicated he has lost his eyesight and is no longer able to be on site and the trust was put into staff that had let us down.  We are more than happy to send an alternative team to your premises.  Or you can reach out to us and see if we can come to an amicable arrangement.
