NO SERVICE DELIVERY AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES

I have requested the services from Ramesh for the videoing and photography for my daughters 16th birthday on the 18 January 2020. The first copy of pictures he sent me was of another function, the second set was so badly distorted the faces couldn't be seen. I asked him about the video and i was told to wait due to covid. Eventually after much pestering and 8 months later he gave me the video. The copy is so badly made that we cannot hear the MC, neither can we see the faces of the people. he did not even try and edit the video from unnecessary back ground noises.

I have tried to call him on numerous occasions and even messaged him, but he refuses to take my calls and never messages back. I have paid him in full for the package.

he insists that the video is fine and according to him he videoed the function with a top quality recorder, however this is not the case. I have even offered to take the video back to him so that he can see what quality it is in, but as i said ever since i complained to him he is just ignoring me

surely as a professional person, the video should have been edited and the photos should have been made so that the faces can be seen clearly.

I have paid huge amounts of money for this function, and i am so disappointed that i have hired the wrong company to capture our moments.
