From day one it has been an utter **** and unprofessional people that never once stuck to what they said.<br> <br> The Salesman was an absolutely brilliant in ******** me into signing up, Which was the worse thing I did.<br> He didn't tell me anything about what is said in the contract and got me to sign somewhere that he circled to prevent me from getting out in the first 5 days.ie the cool off period.<br> <br> Then the fights started and even though I asked to cancel a day later there was a lot of back and forth because I signed the document, which had an exit clause but because I initialed next to this one word, the cool off period seemed to have become null and void.<br> <br> I was then handed over to the Branch Owner, Belinda.<br> <br> I spoke to her and after back and forth I got her to agree to refund me but with a 10% merchandises fee, which no where in the contract did it state this, especially that I had cancelled so early and no funds had been deducted from my account. They Day she said the refund would be paid it wasn't and then they deducted the whole amount which also wasn't part of the agreement as it was a monthly installment.<br> <br> I am still fighting to get my money back. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Sharetrackin to Universal Trading Solutions by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
