Ever wanted to run a business and get promotional products, don't use Universal Signs. Give yourself two weeks to get something done, and follow up every two days.<br> <br> The staff are really friendly, but when it comes to listening and taking care of you there is no one home. I have had numerous orders bungled up and given the excuse I forgot. <br> <br> Please make sure you have ample time and loads of patience with these guys.
