<p>Universal Roofing can be trusted, and that’s important today. I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling, but it’s a flat roof so most plumbers aren’t interested. One plumber did a cursory inspection without knowing what the problem was, did a thumb-suck estimation and quoted R8500 to fix the piping. Universal Roofing was different. Barry Venter responded quickly to my cry for help. They’re roofing people but can do plumbing as well. Sean van Dyk helped to lift some roof sheets and he quickly found the leak. An exact determination of the work and materials required saved me R7000! Sean came early Saturday morning and completed the work on the pipes. I watched very carefully, and it was a professional job. I can really recommend these guys.</p>
