I contacted Universal after hearing an ad on the radio. I have leaks in my roof and after a rogue builder left me with insufficient gutters, needed to add another two as well as repair the leaks. From the time I called, to the completion of the work, the team were professional, friendly and helpful. Hilton understood my budget and made it work for me. Jan and his team made sure that the quality of the finishing was first class and I am super impressed with the way they managed to match my colour. I will definitely use Universal again.
