I would just like to thank Universal Roofing's staff for their efforts and follow through. I had my roof water proofed, in January 2015, and I can honestly say, I have not had one leak since. They quoted me on everything I needed repaired, as they explained, doing half the job would not solve my problem entirely. On my acceptance of the full quote, the team was dedicated to getting the job done, efficently and conveniently. I believe that appreciation should be shown when well deserved.
