Poor Service
<p>Contracted Universal Roofing (Centurion Branch) to fix my leaking roof. Work was done in January 2016. Paid R24,000 but there was no improvement. Five call backs and 10 months later my roof is still leaking. Universal Roofing refuse to refund my money and the branch manager is arogant enought not to show up for a scheduled meeting. Next step for me is I will sue them to get my money back. It is clear that they are not able to fix the problem.</p>

03 Dec 2016, 11:50After meeting with Universal Roofing again, they want me to pay an additional R36,000 for them to fix the problem. I refuse to do that because they misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. It is clear that they don't know what they're doing and work on a trial and error basis for which the customer has to take the risk. Even with the new quote of R36,000 they cannot guarantee it will work. It is now close to a year and they still haven't fixed the problem. Yet I paid R25,000 to date with NO DIFFERENCE to the problem of my leaking tile roof.
