Mutliple callback appointments failed

I had work done last year and now require a callback. This past Saturday was the THIRD date that had been organised for someone to come out. On each occasion, I was told that no time could be arranged in case the assigned person would be late, so therefore I would be contacted during the day to arrange to meet. <br> <br> While not knowing what time to expect them was slightly inconvenient, not knowing when to arrange to leave work (taking into account I had taken leave for the day on the 1st date booked). I accepted this and awaited the phone call. <br> <br> I have not received a single phone call on any of the 3 dates we have booked!!! The only calls I received have been to apologize and reschedule another date. Saturday was the last date I expected them, so here I am, waiting for yet another apology/reschedule call.<br> <br> This is my summary of the service to date:<br> Sales + work carried out = Excellent Service<br> Callbacks = Couldn't care less<br> <br>
