Failure to repair roof,honor guarantee.more damage

The roof in my playroom developed a serious leak. I got a number of quotes, including a quote from Universal Roofing. Before giving them to go-ahead to repair, I confirmed with them via email that the quote covers the roof over the playroom against all leaks for two years, and it covers workmanship for two years, and I paid them around R6000. <br> <br> During the first rain of the new season my roof continued leaking, in two of the old spots and one NEW spot. I contacted them in mid November and they took nearly a month to dispatch a team to see what was happening. The team confirmed that there were two possible causes for the leak that were not originally checked or repaired. <br> <br> I tried to speak directly to the CEO, Stanley Louw. Before I could get even half-way through explaining what the problem is, he began talking over me, shouting and accusing me of making false allegations against him and being \foul-mouthed."I hung up and sms'd him to ask him to honour his guarantee"
