Failure 2 repair roof,honor guarantee.more damage

I have asked for their services because they claimed to be the best and their work comes with a guarantee.<br> Initially they were very quick and showed interest.<br> They came out promptly for assessments.<br> Now they just drag and delay in the hope that I will go away and forget them.<br> They claim superior service, but I have yet to receive it.<br> <br> Two paid quotes later:<br> 1. The box-gutter is still not fixed/waterproofed (they keep claiming hail-damage when it never even hailed)<br> It was never fixed in the first place. It has been leaking since they worked on it.<br> 2. My new gutters just overflow whereas my old gutters just had leaks.<br> <br> Now they want to quote me again, twice the amount of the first two quotes.<br> <br> Both jobs are still under guarantee, and neither has yet been honored.<br> Shane is the only assessor, but I don't think he objective.<br> <br> Their CEO, Mr Louw is not very visible or involved.<br> <br> I just ask for that service and guarantee they promise.<br> Nothing more, nothing less.<br> Fix what you claim you can and promised to.<br> <br> Stop oppressing us.<br> God is watching you and He does not like it when His people are oppressed...!!!<br> Prov. 14.31<br> <br> I only hope to receive a good response, if any...<br> <br> Best Regards.
