Faded roofpaint

The roof of my house was treated and repainted during July 2011. 14 Aug 2013 the company came back for an inspection of the very badly faded roof, they've decided to repaint the roof after consulting the paintmanufacturers. 29/03/2015 I've contacted the company due to the roof being extremely faded. a consultant came to see me, found a borer bee in one of the panels, did not even get on the roof, told me he will send me a quotation. On 15/4/2015 I received a quotation of R42 180.00 we've decided to get a second opinion. Universal roofing contacted me for an inspection due to the warranty that would expire June 2015. The contractor told us that the paint on the roof is like powder and that there was something wrong with the paint because after 2 years it shouldn't be so severely faded and powdered. During Last week of June 2015 Mr. Venter visited our house for an inspection, got on the roof and said he will come back to us. I've contacted ( email, telephone) him 3 times after that he promises to come back and never does. Can you please help me
