Excellent commitment to quality & service (Adam Dias)

<p>I've recently used Universal Roofing to repair and resurface the flat roof on my house. Historically, using different suppliers, the roof has been a real problem with repetitive peeling of the surface and leaks. After the first round of work by UR we identified that certain deliverables were incomplete and there was also a list of typical snags. A gentleman named Adam Dias from UR took on this challenge with incredible attention to detail and a fantastic service ethic. I was kept in the loop all day, every day with direct calls from him to update me on progress. Adam made a personal commitment to see the job through and make sure all deliverables were of the highest quality, sometimes returning to site to patch a touch up himself. Real dedication and pride in his work made my experience of Universal Roofing a great one. </p>
