BAD QUALITY OF WORK
BE WARNED<br> <br> we requested for our garage roof to be fixed WE GOT MORE THAN WHAT WE BARGAINED FOR, WE NOW HAVE A DENTED ROOF, WITH PIN HOLES AND GAPS IN OUR SHEETING. If Universal roofing thinks that waterproofing the damaged they caused to my roof is acceptable, they are highly mistaken. I now stand a greater risk of hail damaging the waterproofing which is not covered by their so called guarantees. <br> <br> Universal Roofing is not taking responsibility for the damaged they have caused, this is not what I have sighed up for or paid for<br> <br> I will be in laying a complaint with the NHBRC as well as the Dampproofing and Waterproofing association<br> <br>

Upon inspection of the roof before starting the job, we found that the roof had been built sub standardly with very poor roof support and that the issues you have noted here were already present at the time, which we did discuss with you.
We have done the work required and have waterproofed the roof 100%. Universal Roofing can not be held liable for damage done since there was already damages to your garage steel roof which you admitted you had caused. Your roof has been waterproofed and has a 3 year guarantee against leakages.
