Very Poor After Sales Service
We bought an Isuzu Bakkie end of last year. We telephonically reported an engine light failure but it went away so we left it. 2 months later the engine light came on again and didn't go off. The Isuzu stopped working altogether and has been in the workshop for the last 3 months. They quoted almost R30000 to have it properly fixed. Even after numerous emails and requests, which we waited ages for responses, they were sketchy with information and details. We asked Universal Premium Auto to assist with the repairs and they refused to pay any of the expenses. We have now handed them over to the Ombudsman but they refuse to comment or assist.
Owning a vehicle for 5 months and only being able to use it for 2 has cost us a lot of money and all we want is for them to cover the repairs to a faulty vehicle that they sold us!
