Unprofessional Universal papers pty

This is a printing papers wholesale selling organization lactated at 42 Voortrekker st, De Aar, Northern Cape. I have ordered boxes of A4 printing paper and send proof of payment which they acknowledged it was received. The delivery lead time is overdue and I’m being ignored from all the communication channels used during the ordering process. I used a different number on their WhatsApp chat to see if they would respond to it and that rep****. This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate to their customers. Bad experience for a first time buyer. I’m still waiting for my order to date🤷🏽. Are they ****MERS?
