Attitude towards clients

Firstly its stranged that its not found on hellopeter

We used to order our meat from their company as they are called universal meats

But we are very unhappy with their customer service they are always late with delivery and doesn't have the decency to send a message to let us know that we won't be able to receive our meat today...so my business is running low on stock I have to go and buy expensive meat from another butchery that is unnecessary expense in my business.

And the owner is a young guy but has no manners or respect when it comes to treating clients with respect he talks the the clients as if they are lower than him.

We won't recommend this company to any other business.
