Beware of ****mers
I've been directed by Funcal1 cash loans to universal life insurance company to secure my loan hence there wasn't such loan paid out to me. I had no other choice to cancel such loan. I was asked to make an immediate payment to ULI for R850. As there wasn't any loan paid out to me i have emailed this insurance company of cancelation of loan and insurance securing the loan. To date i haven't yet received my refund of R850 and these guys can't be contacted telephonically. I wonder if this insurance company is legit or not.

14 Aug 2025, 07:03Today is 30 days and i haven't yet received my R850 for loan that was not received by Funcal1 cash loans and i was asked to secure this loan by paying R850 refundable back guarantee. This insurance company don't reply.

14 Aug 2025, 12:58R850 paid to secure a loan which was never paid to me. This is a way by them taking money from clients and refuse to reply thereafter. I was advised on the the 16th July 2025 that this loan has been canceled and I'll receive my refund maximum 30 days from cancelation. This insurance company won't reply to my emails so what do i do????

It's now has passed this stage and i haven't yet received my refund. I nomore have trust and confidence in this company. A company that cares will mean what they say.

02 Sept 2025, 10:49These guys haven't kept up to they're word of refunding me my R850 within 30 days it's long gone pass 30 days and they can't be reached. How could any business operate in this manner and can't be trusted. I regret knowing these guys.

Guys beware of Funcal1 cash loans and universal insurance they both working hand in hand. Don't pay any upfront fees to any of them.
