Universal Life Brokers

The worst service I’ve ever encountered. Being assisted by a woman by the name Abigail Mlangeni, who sounds like she doesn’t want to help AT ALL! I’ve worked in retail for about 5 years so I kinda know when someone doesn’t want to assist/treat an issue as urgent.

Waiting for payment from Universal Life Brokers for about a MONTH, Abigail Mlangeni waited 3 ****ing weeks to tell me to send a bank statement that’s clear, 3 weeks, she takes 24 hours to reply to my simple request, in fact I have to call her to find out whether she got my email of which she will take another 3 hours to reply. I still haven’t received my payment, management is no where to be found, she **** about the payment being sent to my account but when I called her on it she mumbled and said things I didn’t understand. This happened FOR DAYS!

This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received, when it comes to payment, Unilife Brokers will give you a run for your money. I’m not happy at all!
