Worst IT services ever

<p>We opened a new business and requested qoutes for our IT services from numerous IT companies. We decided to go with UIT because they seemed as they understood what we required. We specifically asked that we are only starting the business now so the setup should be the minumum but should work effective. After struggeling to get everything up and running and having them there back and forth for the same thing after months the system was still not operational, needless to say that it was more R60k further..... We tried to have discussions with them to express our dissatisfaction but with no success. (They also don't include ALL costs on their quotes and your suppose to just know that) They insist that we make all the outstanding payments to them (which is about 10% of the total amount already paid to them). We've requested other IT companies to investigate this issue and they confirmed that they even charged us to keep their server up and running which is rediculous. And their working with an expired Microsoft license) I would never recommend UITweb to anyone!! </p>
