Universal garage doors

I asked for a quote for a single garage door,they gave R 8000....lady answering phone ***, Leahandi,and Brenda...asked deposit into their account with FNB UNIVERSAL SECURITY R6400 which I did deposit on 3 rd Dec 2019,,many promises,never delivered contact the supposed Boss Quinton ***,,he said they were at supplier,then over backie,never delivered door and they don't reply email to Leahandi Van Niekerk,one who gave amount deposit,and which says works at office..
