Disgusting Service

I am appalled at the service I have received. I had a new motor put in by UNIVERSAL GRAGE DOORS - www.universalgaragedoors.co.za - We had issues with it while still under warranty - they came out in May reluctantly.

To my frustration, same issues arrised not less than two months after they were there in May - I have had to deal with such bad customer service this time round again - Quinten would not take any of my calls - and wouldn’t give me a time or date to when they would be out at my place. When one of his guys eventually arrived last night, he left my motor exposed and found it open in the morning. Totally unacceptable!!

It would seem this business is happy to take your money, but have no work ethic when it comes to service afterwards - especially when there is a 24month warranty involved.
