Bad Customer Service Ever

Paid Universal Garage Doors 80% deposit on March 4th, and for about two weeks no communication or acknowledgment. After several follow ups, workers came late at 4 p.m. and work until 9 p.m and leaving the incomplete job and insecure garage door. Second day workers came again late at 4 p.m despite complaining to Quintin, (Manager/owner) about the inconvenience of people working in one's home late at night. After completing the job at around 9pm, Quintin called me demanding payment or else he will instruct workers to tear down the garage door. Terrible experience ever, !
