Universal Designs in Durban, ***** customers

Hi All. Please beware of a company called UNIVERSAL DESIGNS in Botha's Hill, Durban.

I contacted them 2 weeks ago regarding a quote for my client who is a well known Real Estate Agency. I requested prices of their name badges, fridge magnets and keyrings.

Mauritz assisted me and seemed friendly and helpful at the time. A week later my client contacted me asking if I had received a quote for the above mentioned items from a "Mauritz of Universal Designs" I was shocked that he knew of my supplier. Well it turns out that Mauritz contacted MY client directly asking them to bypass me and deal directly with them!!

Universal Designs have absolutely NO business ethics. I will never support them again. They are basically using resellers (who in good faith contact them) by *****ing their customers. Absolutely disgusting way of running a business! Please contact me if you have experienced the same issue with this company, ***.
