Cheating courier services. Universal Couriers

<p> I have been waiting two weeks to receive a parcel from this courier service. I was asked to deposit R1940 to have the parcel delivered immediately and I did exactly that. An hour later I was phoned by one of their agents named Kenneth who told me he needed another R1600 so I can get clearance for the money that was in the package. I went ahead and did that but he told me there were long queues at the clearance office. And they would deliver on Monday. Monday came and I was then told I had to pay R600 for storage for the weekend according to Ahmed. Until this day I have not received my package. When I call Kenneth tells me Ahmed stole money and packages. All I want is my money back or package. Please DO NOT use these couriers let's spread the word they just cheat people</p>
