Jack and Nigel, overpromise and under deliver. I wonder how people like this sleep.

I was quoted for a container including delivery. After I paid a delivery date was confirmed. When the container didn't arrive and I contacted them they came with a story that I need to pay extra for insurance that wat more than double the amount of the transport costs and the best part is that it was refundable. It sounded ***** so we cancelled the order. Since 10 May 2021, they have not paid the refund. Obviously they say they have but they are unable to supply a proof of payment. Please beware it seems that the over 30 years off experience they are talking about is in ******* people out of money.
